7. Limitation of Liability

DENLAM LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Service Level Expectations

While we strive for 100% service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Specific service levels will be detailed in service agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.
