Terms of Service.
The plain-language ground rules for using our website and working with us. By using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: June 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of denlam.net (the "Site") and the design, development, branding, e-commerce, and SEO services provided by DENLAM ("DENLAM," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the Site or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. Specific projects may also be covered by a separate written proposal or agreement; if there's a conflict, that signed agreement controls.
2. Our services
DENLAM provides website design and development, branding and identity, e-commerce, and SEO and performance services. The exact deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a written quote or proposal we provide before work begins.
3. Quotes, pricing & payment
Prices listed on the Site (such as "from $399") are starting points and may vary based on your project's scope. We provide a fixed quote before starting work. Unless your proposal states otherwise, a deposit may be required to begin, with the balance due as outlined in the proposal. Invoices are payable by the date stated, and late or non-payment may pause work or delay delivery.
4. Project scope & revisions
Each project includes the rounds of revisions described in your proposal. Work that falls outside the agreed scope ("scope changes") may require an updated quote and timeline. We'll always confirm additional costs with you before proceeding.
5. Your responsibilities
To keep your project on track, you agree to provide content, feedback, approvals, and any necessary access in a timely manner. You confirm that any text, images, logos, or other materials you give us are yours to use or properly licensed, and that they don't infringe anyone's rights.
6. Intellectual property & ownership
Unless your proposal states otherwise, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you once your project is paid in full. We may retain ownership of underlying tools, code libraries, and preliminary concepts that were not selected, and we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
7. Third-party services
Projects often rely on third-party platforms and services (for example, hosting, domain registrars, payment processors like Stripe or PayPal, fonts, or plugins). Those services are governed by their own terms and fees, which are your responsibility. We are not liable for outages, changes, or charges from third parties.
8. Disclaimers
We deliver our services with professional care, but the Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business results, search-engine rankings, traffic, or revenue, as those depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DENLAM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DENLAM harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising out of materials you provide or your use of the deliverables, including any claim that your content infringes a third party's rights.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
